As a builder of luxury homes in Edmonton, Alberta, Perry Homes had a stellar reputation for creating beautiful product.

Unfortunately, their brand did not reflect the quality of the homes they were crafting. Sales collateral was limited, inconsistent with regard to the brand, and did little to support the builder’s sales efforts.

The brand we created for Perry Homes conveys a sense of strength and quality. The brand’s classic look ensures it will be an accurate reflection of the company’s values and products for many years to come. Once we solved the branding problem, we developed collateral materials featuring the new brand, allowing Perry Homes to leverage their investment in branding while providing consistency in their efforts. These materials could be customized for each new home development including floorplans and elevations, marketing postcards, options and upgrades, brochures, and homeowners manual.
