Sundance Estates

Devoted Builders is a family-owned building company in the Tri-Cities of Washington. The family purchase land atop a hill that overlooked the Columbia River Valley and had plans to put in custom-built homes – around 10 that had a more-luxury feel on one acre lots and around 30 that were on smaller lots. Their vision was the design of these homes and the landscape work with the desert-scape surrounding.

Our work on the Sundance Estates project included:

• Reviewed the acquired land for potential opportunities and challenges
• Developed logo for the development
• Over the course of six months, developed a 100+ page report with assets provided by Devoted Builders that included extensive area research, MLS statistics and information real estate reports, demographic information, and financial information on the project for the purpose of obtaining financing from a community bank, credit union, or investor.
• Developed a marketing plan including ads and signage
• Created website content outlining the culture of the development, maps, and how the land purchase – design – build process works
