John Piazza Jr. Construction

John Piazza Jr. Construction is a family-owned construction company in Skagit County, Washington. This company had a great reputation for renovations and as a custom homebuilder.  They wanted to do more high-end remodels and custom home builds as well as be the lead builder and listing agent (Kim Piazza is also a real estate agent) in a new 8-11 home subdivision of high-end homes.

Our work with John Piazza Jr. Construction included:

• Updated their logo and identifying elements to be more cohesive with their target client, but also paid homage to their past logo and John Piazza’s rock n’ roll persona.
• Created a print marketing campaign for past build clients, potential build clients, as well as Kim’s clients that highlighted current projects to showcase their broad scope of work.
• Made content changes for their website to better-explain their process. Also included content for agents who are working with potential buyers in need of renovating just-purchased properties and those who need to sell dated properties.
• Created a video plan and video intro/outro
• Visited build sites to provide feedback on site plan, floor plans, and finishes.
• Created a closing process for new construction which included a homeowner records box of the build including floorplans, renderings, a visual materials guide, warranty, a home use guide, and additional information.
