We will also work within your city or county codes in conjunction with your planning and permitting offices so there are no surprises and we get shovels in the ground as soon as possible.
HOME RENDERINGS + YOUR SITE PLAN
Once your site is prepared and we have a rough building plan, we can begin to show you renderings of that plan on your homesite. This allows you to see how the sun interacts with the home, how well passive solar design elements are working, how the home works with the topography, and how the land would need to be engineered in order to accommodate a home plan.
Land engineering and site work can become very expensive, so utilizing visualization tools like this up front can be very helpful in controlling costs and finding the most-effective solutions.
