Stephanie Village
Stephanie Village was a $200 million project in Henderson, Nevada, that included residential and retail. Denise Lones and The Lones Group were hired by the Ryness Company to make recommendations regarding the marketing direction the project was heading in.
At the time, the development was known as 17th and Vine which was confusing because, although they were going for an urban village style, those two streets were located nowhere near the development. Our first recommendation was to change the name of the development to something that still felt village-like and intimate. “Stephanie” was included due it being a family name of one of the developers.
We redid the logo and brand of the development, redid all of the main marketing, and established a sales process before handing the project back to their sales team including:
- Advertising Signage – billboards, clapboards, large development signage, and banners
- Sales Center signage – model open and welcome signs
- Development Signage – lot markers
- Model Home Materials – amenities list, home flyer, floorplans, and sitemap
- Collateral Materials – envelopes, notecards, letterhead, presentation folders, business cards
