Muirfield
Company president, Denise Lones, broke ground on Muirfield in the upscale resort community of Semiahmoo, Washington in 2022. She had purchased the land several years before and had been conceiving of how she wanted the development to come together since then. She is a new home research aficionado and had seen a lot of product developed that was just wrong for the target market.
What began as many great floorplans do – as sketches on a napkin, Denise developed a series of six efficient floorplans, comprised of one- and two-story luxury modern homes with cutting-edge design stylings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and features that are just what the target buyer demographic are looking for.
The Muirfield development is ten lots. Buyers work with Denise directly to choose the floorplan they want on the homesite, and can customize that home with a number of finishes. Denise has refined this process so there are no upgrade fees the buyer has to pay when choosing most of the finishes. Quite a feat!
This product is so in-demand, half of the product was sold before even going on the market. Word-of-mouth quickly spread since there is no other product like it in the area and this is exactly what the target demographic wants.
New Home Strategists role was somewhat simple here since this product essentially has sold itself, but here are a few of the items we did tackle:
- Signage – We created a large sign for the development entrance which is right off the main road.
- Website – The website included video, floorplans, and more
- Shutterfly Book – Photo-rich book on the development that was printed and available in the development along with a link that could be emailed out to potential buyers
- Brochure – Mini version (8 page) of the Shutterfly that potential buyers could take with them
- Sales Center – Our team designed the entire sales center including floorplan panels, site map, lettering, floating impact wall, and we constructed the design style boards with Denise. We also installed the entire sales center.
- Open House – We held an open house for the builder community, sending out invitations and inviting people in-person.
